At Velvet Sketch, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because each item is created specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Personal preference
• Ordering the wrong product

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request assistance, please email us at velvet.sketch.designe@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please note that personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
